If you know what you are looking for, it’s easier to find it. Here is a checklist to help you identify what features you are looking for in your Colorado home. Keep in mind that you should only include criteria that are important to you.  You should also define what you do not want. While it is fun to create a wish list as well, you should create a list that contains your non-negotiable requirements.   Complete this list and take it with you when you are shopping for a home.
